Spending Christmas at this hotel was a great decision! The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the basic amenities we needed. Celebrated New Year at a beautiful heritage property with old-world charm, tasteful woodwork, and majestic beds. Very spacious, clean, and cozy rooms, coupled with top-notch furnishings. The location of this hotel is perfect - walking distance to all the tourist sites and famous eateries, with convenient parking. Loved their courteous staff, always ready to go above and beyond to cater to our needs. The cherry on top of it all was the delicious breakfast and attentive room service - very satisfying indeed.

Nothing to really complain about, apart from the fact that the toiletries were limited in the washroom, and there was no balcony to enjoy the view from. But with the kind of service and ambiance this hotel offers, I cannot really say these were a big deal.
